I stayed here for 2 nights and had all my meals at the traditional restaurant or ordered room service. the hotel's location was awesome as it was right next to the Naval Historical Museum. 🏛️

This was our first visit to Veracruz, scheduled for Carnaval 2011. The location one short block from the Malecon was perfect for all sightseeing and for viewing the Carnaval Parades. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was most helpful and the breakfast buffet extensive and tasty. If you visit for Carnaval, book early as the parades begin and end right at your front door! A great experience.

the room is great-sized and essentials you need, including climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television, is right there. its location is perfect with a breathtaking view of the ocean. the place to have dinner relatively close to the hotel is la suriana ii, liked this place.

Excellent and incredible location in Veracruz, very close to the Marina, nice restaurants, the main plaza, boardwalk, and the seafront. Decent staff. - On the main square, which is convenient

The professionals in Fiesta Inn were very polite in all situations.

It was a good idea to have somre professionals from the hotel giving some tips about what to visit, etc, but it was not confortable to realize that their real intention was to sell the Fiesta Inn package.

Great to have a traditional restaurant for all three meals and room service. Overall really nice stay in a business trip...

The location was great, not too far from the historic fortress. the room was cheap and spacious with good views, climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. Would stay here again.

We loved staying at this luxurious hotel in the quiet area of the malecon. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the famous cafe parroquia. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the ocean and harbor. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including comfortable beds and a selection of pillows to choose from. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a small swimming pool, gym, and a kids' play area. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout the entire hotel, including the bedrooms.
